Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy
At Sipvu, we want you to enjoy your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our products are produced and prepared individually, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, Sipvu will provide a replacement of the same product originally purchased.
Customers are generally not required to return damaged items unless specifically requested by Sipvu.
Replacement Policy
Approved replacements:
- Must match the original product purchased
- Will not be substituted for a different design, color, model, or product
- Are limited to issues caused by shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors
Replacement approval is determined after review of the information and images provided.
Sipvu reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Sipvu does not provide returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Ordering multiple items by mistake
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Customer preference after receiving the item
- Personalized products
- Custom-made products
- Made-to-order products
- Print-on-demand products created specifically for a customer
Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items are produced specifically for each order and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or replaced unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect product was sent.
Product Appearance Disclaimer
Please note that slight variations may occur between product images shown online and the final physical product.
Differences may include:
- Minor color variations due to screen brightness, monitor settings, device settings, and printing processes
- Small variations in design placement or print alignment
- Minor manufacturing differences that do not affect product function or quality
- Slight differences in finish or appearance between production batches
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects, damage, or grounds for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered.
However, if Sipvu determines that a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, Sipvu reserves the right to determine an alternative resolution at its sole discretion.
