OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sipvu.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sipvu’s website, store, products, services, content, features, and tools (collectively, the “Services”).
Sipvu is powered by Shopify, which provides the infrastructure that enables us to operate our store.
By visiting, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
To use our Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence.
You agree that information provided to Sipvu is:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Current
- Lawfully provided
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
However:
- Colors may vary between screens and printed products
- Product appearance may differ slightly from digital previews
- Design placement may vary slightly between production runs
- Product images are illustrative and may not perfectly reflect final production
These differences do not automatically constitute defects.
Sipvu reserves the right to:
- Modify product offerings
- Discontinue products
- Limit quantities
- Refuse orders when necessary
3. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Sipvu may offer personalized, custom-made, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing spelling
- Confirming submitted content
- Ensuring uploaded content does not violate intellectual property rights
Custom products may differ slightly from previews.
Custom and personalized products are subject to our Replacement Policy.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order represents an offer to purchase.
Sipvu reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject orders
- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
- Refuse orders due to pricing or inventory errors
Orders become accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing orders before submission.
5. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice.
Unless stated otherwise:
Prices do not include:
- Taxes
- Shipping
- Import duties
- Customs fees
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Sipvu is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Weather
- Operational interruptions
- Events outside our control
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by law.
7. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Purchases are governed by Sipvu’s Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy.
Important:
- Sales are generally final
- Returns are generally not accepted
- Refunds are generally not offered
- Approved issues may qualify for replacement only
Replacement eligibility is determined according to Sipvu policy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed through the Services is owned by Sipvu, Shopify, licensors, or content owners.
This includes:
- Logos
- Product designs
- Graphics
- Text
- Branding
- Product photography
- Website design
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit materials without permission.
9. OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools may be provided.
We provide such tools “as available” and are not responsible for third-party functionality.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain third-party links.
Sipvu is not responsible for:
- External websites
- Third-party purchases
- Third-party policies
Use third-party sites at your own discretion.
11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sipvu uses Shopify to host and operate the Services.
Purchases are made directly between customers and Sipvu.
Shopify is not responsible for:
- Order fulfillment
- Product quality
- Shipping outcomes
- Customer support decisions
Customers release Shopify from claims arising from transactions with Sipvu.
12. PRIVACY
Use of the Services is governed by Sipvu’s Privacy Policy.
Customers acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and service providers.

13. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, or feedback:
You grant Sipvu permission to:
- Display
- Reproduce
- Improve
- Publish
- Use such feedback for business purposes
Customers remain responsible for submitted content.
14. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
Occasionally product information may contain:
- Pricing errors
- Typographical errors
- Availability inaccuracies
Sipvu reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.
15. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Violate laws
- Submit harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use bots to abuse Services
- Scrape website data
- Disrupt operations
- Misrepresent identity
Violation may result in suspension.
16. TERMINATION
Sipvu may suspend or terminate access without notice if these Terms are violated.
Relevant obligations survive termination.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law on an “as available” basis.
Sipvu does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipvu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
Customers agree to indemnify Sipvu against claims arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal conduct
- Misuse of Services
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and referenced policies constitute the full agreement between Sipvu and customers.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of:
Puerto Rico, United States
Customers consent to jurisdiction and venue where applicable.
23. CHANGES TO TERMS
Sipvu may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
