Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received and verified.

Processing time refers to the time required to:

  • Review the order
  • Prepare products
  • Produce personalized or custom products (if applicable)
  • Package items
  • Prepare shipment

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders are generally not processed on:

  • Weekends
  • Major holidays
  • Business closure periods

During promotions, holidays, product launches, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may increase.


Personalized and Custom Products

Sipvu may offer personalized, made-to-order, print-on-demand, or custom products.

Customized products may require additional production time depending on:

  • Product type
  • Design complexity
  • Current order volume

Customers are responsible for reviewing customization details carefully before placing an order.

Once production begins, personalized or custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.


Shipping Destinations

Sipvu currently ships only within:

  • Puerto Rico
  • The continental United States (U.S. mainland)
  • U.S. territories and locations serviced through domestic United States shipping networks where available

At this time, Sipvu does not offer international shipping.

Orders placed outside supported shipping regions may be canceled and refunded before fulfillment.

Shipping availability may change over time as Sipvu expands operations.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

Sipvu is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or replacement requests resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment numbers
  • Invalid recipient information
  • Failure to receive packages

If an order is returned because of incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are managed by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed:

  • Contact the carrier
  • Contact Sipvu if additional assistance is needed

Sipvu is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery exceptions
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery instructions provided directly to carriers

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging (if available)
  • Brief description of the issue

Approved claims will be handled according to Sipvu’s Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy.

Customers are generally not required to return damaged products unless specifically requested.


Delivery Refusal

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to Sipvu by the carrier, additional shipping or handling charges may apply before reshipment.


Force Majeure

Sipvu is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
